Job Title: Mechanical Site Supervisor – New Build Developments
Location: Bucks | Berks | Surrey | Herts | London
Salary: Competitive, based on experience – £40-60k Per Annum
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee mechanical works on residential and commercial new build developments. You’ll be responsible for supervising on-site installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, health & safety standards, and managing subcontractors to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all mechanical installations on-site
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades
- Monitor H&S compliance and site documentation
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure work is completed on schedule and to specification
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mechanical site supervision
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS card
- Strong leadership and communication skills
