The Willmott Dixon project involved demolishing existing homes and an old police station in Tatling End before replacing new homes ready for 21st century living.

Once completed, the new housing project will include 34 new apartments, 20 of which will be one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments available for private rent, with the remaining 14 two-bedroom apartments let at affordable sub-market rent.
